3 Pathways to Coaching Teachers

When reflecting on my journey, there were many steps along the way to get to the point of officially viewing myself as a coach and leader. I have a host of experience and roles I took on prior to giving official feedback and support to teachers. In that time, I've had the pleasure of learning so much from other people who had similar stories and I want to share the typical pathways with those who have an interest in expanding their impact as well. As I discuss in the video, there are typically three ways in which people who want to support teachers start the process.
