78% of teachers met teacher goal as aligned to Danielson Framework and school specific instructional guide 

Provided classroom feedback and led ELA norming sessions to ensure that 100% of the school's ELA program visits were met 

 

71% of students in three targeted cohorts met their NWEA reading MAP score

73.5% of students report via survey improving as a reader in their first year back to in-person learning

Mentored and coached three Relay support teachers leading to them acquiring lead teaching positions for the following school year

Mentored and coached teachers into moving up performance categories to Senior Associate and Advanced

Decreased the number of students scoring below basic to the lowest percentage in my teaching history  

Differentiated instruction led to students with IEPs averaging moving up three levels on iReady assessments 

67% of students who entered the school year performing below grade level have demonstrated reading growth 

During a year of majority virtual instruction increased benchmark to a +32% increase for the last benchmark following student return to in-person instruction  

Increased the ELA PSSA proficiency rate to 67% up 18% from previous year in my first role as lead teacher
